Special Layout

Classic Layout

To add this section, please follow the below steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store -> Themes.

2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.

3. Click Add section and choose "Featured product tab".

Setting	Description
Layout style	Select the layout style for this section: Special: layout on Beauty Blossom homepage Classic: layout on Furniture Finesse homepage
Section width	Select the section width from the dropdown menu: Full width Page width Custom width
Custom width	Determines the width of the section when you choose 'Custom width' option at 'Section width' setting . Can be from 1000px to 1800px, increasing arithmetically of 50px (pixel)
Content alignment	Set horizontal alignment for content inside section containers: Left Center Right
Heading	Add text to display as a section heading (Leave the field blank to hide the heading)
Heading size	Font size of text: Default XX-Small X-Small Small Medium Large X-Large XX-Large XXX-Large
Text	Add text to display as a custom content (Leave the field blank to hide the custom content)
Color scheme	Select a color scheme to set the text and background colors for the section

Product card

Setting	Description
Maximum products to show	The number of products from the (collection or products) to display. Must be an even number. Minimum: 1. Maximum: 5.
Color scheme	Select a color scheme to set the text and background colors for the product card
Button label size	The font size of the 'Add to cart' button: XX-Small X-Small Small Medium Large X-Large XX-Large XXX-Large (Use for Classic layout)

Carousel

Setting	Description
Enable arrows	Display arrows on devices: None On every device Only on desktop Only on (desktop, tablet) Only on (tablet, mobile) Only on mobile
Enable pagination	Display pagination on devices: None On every device Only on desktop Only on (desktop, tablet) Only on (tablet, mobile) Only on mobile
Pagination type	Select the pagination type from the dropdown menu: None Dots Progressbar Fraction Dashed

Animations

Setting	Description
Text animation	Select the text animation from the dropdown menu: None Fade in up Fade in down Zoom in Zoom out

Section padding

Setting	Description
Top padding	Determines the height of the top inner space of the section. Can be from 0px to 100px, increasing arithmetically of 1px (pixel).
Bottom padding	Determines the height of the bottom inner space of the section. Can be from 0px to 100px, increasing arithmetically of 1px (pixel).
Top padding on mobile	Determines the height of the top inner space of the section on mobile. Can be from 0px to 100px, increasing arithmetically of 1px (pixel).
Bottom padding on mobile	Determines the height of the top inner space of the section on mobile. Can be from 0px to 100px, increasing arithmetically of 1px (pixel).

How to set up Special Layout products?

01 - Create a Metafield for Product:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings -> Custom data -> Metafield definitions.

2. Click Products → Add Definition.

3. Please enter correct Namespace and Key as we noted below.

Name: featured product description 1 (You can enter up to 3 fields (from 1 to 3))
Namespace and key: custom.featured_product_description_1
Select content type: Single line text

02 - Create Product Description in the database:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products section -> Choose any product you want to use

2. Scroll down to the Product Metafields section, you will see the Metafields you created a moment ago "featured product description 1"
