To add this section, please follow the below steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store -> Themes.
Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
Scroll down to Popup group at the bottom, Click Add section and choose "Before you leave".

Select the product to add to the section.

Add text to display as a button on the section (Leave the field blank to hide the link)

Set the link, for example the customer service page
Show after (minutes)
Determine the timespan to show the popup since the stop of user's interaction or tab navigation
Background
Set the background gradient for this section
Color scheme
Select a color scheme to set the text and background colors for the section
